Our happy students

  • 'It is a pleasure to take Balanced Body teaching training classes from Delia. Her experience and knowledge are truly evident and on display as a teacher. I’ve taken classes in her studio and on Pilates Anytime, she’s the real deal. Great instruction and teaching techniques.”

  • “I really enjoyed the course. I haven't done very much Pilates in my life, therefore I was a little nervous, but I really fell in love with just 16 hours of training. Delia was great, she is an incredibly knowledgeable woman and I feel very fortunate to get to learn from her.”

  • “I really enjoyed learning movement principles with Delia. Even with a large number of students the class flowed smoothly and the information was completely covered. I’ve practiced Pilates over 20 years and thought I knew a lot. Boy, was I surprised and excited to participate in class. Excellent instruction by Delia. Thanks so much!”
